The past two financial years has seen our in-house Housing Bureau successfully manage over 65,000 room nights in each year, with over 16,250 bookings.

We have staff dedicated to managing all accommodation needs to ensure a comprehensive level of service and value for money. We are often complimented by delegates and speakers for the efficient, friendly and effective way their accommodation needs are met.

Some of our accommodation management highlights include:

• Managed over 8,000 room nights for the 19th World Energy Congress for high profile delegations, delegates and corporate companies. Some of the key management areas were working with high profile delegations on hotel security, placement of Hotel Suites with access for delegation aides and administrators and VIP arrangements with hotels including VIP welcome letters and amenities.
• 17,000 room nights for the 11th World Congress on Pain, August 2005 across 22 properties.
• Appointed as the Housing Bureau to manage the housing needs of one of Melbourne's largest business events in 2009: Parliament of the World's Religions. The expectation is over 12,000 room nights across 23 hotels from budget hostels to 5 star properties.
